Refund policy

Lau Pono Co. DBA Aloha Toncis sells premium, high-quality botanicals. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Returns

Customers may be required to return their botanicals for a refund. For single-item purchases, no more than half of the botanical product can be used. For orders with multiple items, only one item can be opened and no more than half of the botanical product in that open item can be used. Please repackage properly so that the returned item is not damaged during shipping.

To submit for a refund, please email hi@alohatonics.com or fill out this contact form and let us know the reason for the refund.

You'll be notified once we’ve researched your inquiry, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

We do not currently provide exchanges.
