Aloha Tonics ships from Hawaii, USA, ensuring the highest quality plant-powered beverages reach you fresh and fast. We only ship to locations where kava and kratom are legally permitted.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier selection.
  • Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.

Kava Shipping Policy

We offer US and international shipping for kava, with the following restrictions:

  • No shipments to South Africa.
  • United Kingdom orders are for animal use only per UK regulations.
  • Singapore orders must be 2 lbs or less due to import restrictions.

Kratom Shipping Policy

Kratom is only available for US shipping and cannot be shipped to the following locations:

  • States: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Wisconsin.
  • Cities & Counties: San Diego & Oceanside (CA), Denver (CO), Ontario (OR), Alton, Jerseyville & Edwardsville County (IL), Columbus & Union County (MS), Sarasota County (FL).

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • We use trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
